* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
. All the Tenderers must follow the PPA, 2006 and PPR,2008 Rules and Regulations.
b. The following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as Standard Tender Document (STD).
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 03 (Three) years, i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract (s) successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk.600000/- ( Six akh ); i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer shall submit copy of Contract deeds along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system ]
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) in the format as specified (Form PG2-5) of the Tenderer shall be of TK. 700000/- (Seven Lakh ); Document of liquid assets to be submitted along with the tender and it must be issued between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade Liscence as Supplier. Supplier according to PPR, 2008.
(V) e-BIN (13 digits) Registration Certificate.
(VI) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate..
(VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier). [When applicable].
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (In case of limited company.
