প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Contractor shall be Five (5) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction works of at least One (1) contract of similar nature having lift operations and maintenance works successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last Five (5) years, with a value of at least Tk 5.00 lakh only.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.30 lakh in the last Five (5) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.00 lakh only.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 6.50 lakh only.
vi) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
• Up-to-date Trade License.
• Up- to-date Income Tax, VAT and TIN certificate.
• Up-to-date ABC & Supervisor license.
