* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in supplying goods (BOOK) and related services.
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed 5 (Five) number supply contract of goods and related services within last 5(Five) years in any Govt./Semi Govt/ Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
3. The minimum Specific experience of similar nature job and related services shall be: At least 02 (two) contracts successfullycompleted within the last 03 (three) years and each contract value of 15 (Fifteen) lac under in any Govt./Semi Govt/ Autonomousbodies in Bangladesh.
4. The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities TK  15 (Fifteen) Lac. Documentsubmitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. The Tenderer shall have up to date income tax clearance certificate.
6. TIN Certificate up to date trade license and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN Number
7. Tenderer must have up to date IRC certificate.
8. Copy or Printed book  are not acceptable.
9.Other Eligibility of Tenderer as per tender data sheet (TDS).
