1. This work is a deligated work submitted by Jashore WD Division, BWDB, Jashore.
2. The budgetary allocations and fund for this contract will be provided by Jashore WD Division, BWDB, Jashore. Khulna Mechanical Division will not be responsible for any circumstances regarding budgetary allocations.
3. Payment of this contract will be made by Jashore WD Division, BWDB, Jashore after completing the works successfully.
4. All payment to be made by Jashore WD Division, BWDB, Jashore to the Contractor through iBAS++ systme from the office of the Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Centre (RAC), BWDB, Khulna subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
