প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The Tendered shall have specific experience in similar works At least 02 no’s contract successfully completed to similar nature of Govt. or Semi-Govt. Organization within last 05 years each with a value of at least 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore) taka and certification of successfully Completion.
3. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore) over the best 03 years in the last 05 years
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore).
5. The minimum capacity shall be 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore) taka.
6. Up to date Trade License, VAT registration certificate, income tax return certificate, Bank solvency certificate, previous work completion certificate
