* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Building/construction works.
ii)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01 (One) Number of Similar works of Tk.51.00 Lac in a single contract during last 05 (five) years. 
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 50.00 Lac. Only Payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 36.00 Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form (PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tenderer non-responsive.
v) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 55.00 Lac.
vi)All papers shall have to be up to date according to TDS & PCC of this tender.
vii) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electric licensing board.
