প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Bidder must have a valid trade license, Vat registration certificate with Bin certificate, and Tin certificate with Tax update.
2. Bidder must have general experience in the supply of Agricultural goods as a supplier at least for 05 (Five) years.
3. Bidder must be supplied Oil Extraction Machine/Agricultural Machinery in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization or Institute of minimum 1,73,000,00/- (One crore Seventy Three lac taka) within 2 (two) contracts in the last 5 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
4. Manufacturer must have ISO Certificate.
5. Bidder Must have Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
6. Updated Bank Solvency (After Tender Published Date).
7. Bidder must have availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of Tk. 2,00,000,00/- (Two Crore Tk).
8. List of Engineer and mechanic of the tenderer.
9. A pledge to this certificate that bidder is not black listed in any Public/Autonomous/Semiautonomous Organization or Institutes.
