* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Manufacturer’s name, model no., Brand name and country of origin / Manufacturing Country must be mentioned in the offer.
Country of Origin (COO) Certificate for item no. 1,2,3,6,7,8,9,10,14,15,16,17,18,19,25,29,30,31 must be submitted along with with goods.
At least 3 (three) proven certificate or end user certificates must be submitted with their letter head pad, where Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail with full mailing address by the Tenderer as proven of the tendered goods with the Offer from government, semi-government or autonomous organization confirming the supply of similar goods not less than taka 20 lac.
Model/Brand/ Manufacturing Country must be marked on the body/Name Plate of goods as per standard.
Necessary Catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.
Manufacturer test certificate/ Calibration certificate & Instruction/Operation Maintenance manual must be supplied along with goods.
The supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must be matched (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.
One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules
Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually against tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.
