* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience i.e excavation of khal/Nala/Pond value of Tk 27.00(Twenty seven) lakhs under Two contracts within 05 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk 27.00(Twenty seven) lakhs during the last 05 (Five) years Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be 27.00(Twenty seven) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued after publication date of the tender;
The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest in more than 02 (Two) lots).
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document (including Section-7 and 8) thoroughly before submitting the tender.
