* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:
1.Valid 13-digit VAT registration certificate.
2.Updated trade license for FY 2024–2025 or 2025-2026.
3.TIN certificate.
4. Income Tax return certificate (2024–2025).
5. Bank solvency certificate or recent statement.
6.Technical compliance sheet per tender specs.
7.Valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
8.Minimum 5 years of general experience in furniture supply; at least 2 similar contracts (or 1 completed + 1 ongoing) worth BDT 4 crore each in govt./semi-govt./NGO/private sector.
9. Liquid assets/credit facilities of at least BDT 2 crore.
10.Annual turnover over BDT 10 crore in the last 5 years.
11. Audited financial reports for 3 years.
12. Ownership of furniture factory with batch production capacity.
13. Ability to produce customized furniture.
14. In-house R&D team led by architect with 20+ years’ experience.
15. Multidisciplinary coordination team led by senior architect/engineer.
16. Lead architect/engineer with construction management qualification.
17. Experience delivering 10,000+ sft interior & furniture in one project.
18. Furniture supply to international standard (IB) educational institutions/libraries.
19. At least 2 repeat orders from the same institution, each BDT 1 crore+.
