* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the civil construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (five) years. ; [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT]
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 [one] contract of similar nature of works (Building construction work etc.) successfully completed within the last 05 [five] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 180.00 Lakh in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The work completion certificates are to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of concerned Department/ Organization. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT]
(c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is BDT 1250.00 Lakh Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of completion certificates which have been executed within last 05 years where best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered. All work completion certificates must be enclosed along with the tender. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT]
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 150.00 Lakh
(e) The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 250.00 Lakh.
(f) Debarred firms from any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies are to be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.
(g) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc. to be submitted.
(h) The Performance Security should be submitted in the form of Pay Order from any Schedule Bank in favour of BEPZA. No Bank Guarantee will be  accepted.
