* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in similar nature of works or supply of goods.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work(PABX, Android display system, Digital Conference System, Sound & PA System, Auditorium Sound System, Auditorium Stage Lighting System, Auditorium LED Vedio Wall, CCTV Security System, Networking, Access control system etc) worth not less than Tk. 500.00 (Five Hundred) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 years amounting of Tk. 875.00 (Eight Hundred and Seventy Five) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh in standard tender document format (PW3-7) only from scheduled bank of Bangldesh, any alteration of the format is not accepted.
D) Up-to date Trade License, up to date ABC License, up to date Supervisory License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate .
E) Technical specification of the product must be submitted.
F) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 of tender documents must be fulfilled
