দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tendered must be registered in e-GP system through BPPA, IMED.
2. Tenderer must submit following document:
(a) The valid Trade License 2024-25.
(b) Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
(c) Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the FY 2023-24.
(d) Business Identification Number (BIN-13Digit) Certificate.
(e) Scanned copy of list of Personnel as per Appendix-B uploaded in section-7).
(f) Curriculum Vitae of all personnel (As per Appendix-C uploaded in section-7).
(g) Submitted Excel Sheet regarding the information of outsourcing personnel to be filled up by the tenderer as per Appendix-D uploaded in section-7).
(h) The CV of any personnel can't be submitted for more than one post in the same package. Otherwise tenderer will be non-responsive.
(i) Enlistment/ registered certificate with category-‘A’ or above from the department of Inspection for factories and Establishment (DIFE), Ministry of Labour and Employment.
(j) Other related documents stated in TDS& PCC.
(3) Outsourcing Policy of 2025 will be followed in all respect.
(4) Authority reserves the right to reject any personnel during service period without assigning any reason.
(5) The service provider shall change/replace any personnel at any time as per request of the authority.
(6) This tender is for Outsourcing Man power only for temporary purpose.
(7) Experience certificate issued under Outsourcing Guideline 2018 or prior will be treated as experience only. Any experience certificate without proper verifiable information (Employer Name, Address, Email, Telephone Number etc) will not be acceptable.
