প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1.The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate.
2. NID, Affidavit, photo and sample signature of tenderer.
3. Bank solvency certificate (minimum 10 lakh taka should be available till the day before the tender).
4. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of of at least 1 (one) similar contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakh.
5. Samples of high quality domestic lentil (sealed in a white bag and signed by the contracting organization in a 1kg poly pack) should be submitted to the office of the Assistant Director, Fire Service and Civil Defence, Dinajpur before the scheduled time of opening of the EGP tender.
6. EGP tenders must be submitted in compliance with the principles of PPR-2008 and the terms and conditions of the tender.
7.The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigning any reason. The tender offer will remain valid for 90 (Ninety) days.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
