প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Boundary or Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 140.00 lakh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 350.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 110.00 Lakh only.In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer, the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
e) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) If a contractor wants to increase the number of completion certificates by repeatedly using the same completion certificate, it will be canceled outright without any reason
g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
