* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. Updated and Valid Trade license (Trade License & Business Type: must be Relevant);
2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate;
3. TIN Certificate and Updated Tax Payer Certificate;
4. General supply experience Certificate/Document in Govt. Organization;
5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply of goods amount BDT 6 lakh in one contract
last 5 years
6. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities 6 lakh
7. If any Tenderer involves / try to involve in any kind of Fraudulence, Corruption, Collusive and
Cohesive work, it must be considered Professional Misconduct & Offence and Legal Action may
be taken according to PPR-2008;
8. Warranty Certificate & After Sales Service Certificate in official Pad;
9. Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet of all Items in Own Official Pad.
Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet will contain columns As-Serial No.,
Product Name, Specification, Country of Origin, Make/ Assemble, Brand & Model. Tenderer’s
Offered Technical Specification must be similar with Brochures/Catalogue/Data Sheet;
10. Sample of each item with a forwarding Letter must be submited within 03 (Three) Days of
Tender Opening. And the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation;
