প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The minimum specific experience shall be at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature of works or survey successfully completed within the last five (05) years, with a contract value of at least BDT 65,00,000/= (Sixty-Five Lakh). Similar nature of works or survey may include gas pipeline leakage detection work or survey, coating defect identification survey, gas leakage repair, rehabilitation of gas transmission or distribution pipelines, or construction of gas transmission or distribution pipelines. Such experience may be as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Service Provider or Local Agent in any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organization, or under any foreign-funded project.
• Average annual construction turnover over the last Five (05) years with a value of at least BDT 2,00,00,000/= (Two Core). The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
• Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line BDT 51,00,000/= (Fifty-One Lakh).
• Minimum Tender Capacity BDT 70,00,000/= (Seventy Lakh).
• Tender Security BDT 2,40,000/= (Two Lakh Fourty Thousand).
• Tender Validity 90 Days.
• Time of Completion 04 (Four) months.
