* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.
2. Tenderers must have experience to supplying of goods amounting to tk. 8 (Eight) lakh only in a single contract within last 5 (Five) years )
Tenderers must submit completion certificate supporting to specific work experience, (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system), otherwise the tender will be non-responsive.
3.The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 9.00 (Nine lac) . Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submitted date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be Submitted letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in the form PG2-5, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
4. i) Up to date Trade License ii) Up to date VAT Certificate, iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
5. PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
6.Sample must be approved by Procuring Entity before supply of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer.
