প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least single number contract of civil nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Six Crore Fifty Lakh (6,50,00,000) only from any Government, Semi Govt. or Autonomous organizations shall be required .
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. Forteen Crore (14,00,00,000) only over the best three (03) years in the last five (05) years.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk Five Crore Fifty Lakh (5,50,00,000) only.
5) In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the requiredexperience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms
