* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
N:B: The tenderer must readout the tender documents before the tender submission.
1. Trade license, VAT and e-TIN certificate, National ID of authorized person, Authorization letter of authorized person (mentioning tender ID, works name & quoted tender amount in official letter pad) and Income tax clearance certificate with acknowledgement slip (all document's are valid, upto date, clear & clean scan copy submitted).
2. The contractors who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderers for this tender notice.
3. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (must unconditional) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 22.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer (day end statement of concerned bank), the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
4. Payment will be made as per availability/allocation of the fund but the whole work shall have to be completed within stipulated time.
5. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and it’s all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this tender process without assigning any cause.
