* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৩০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Goods and related Services from the following counties are not eligible: Israel

3. Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release. For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertained.
4. Quantity of supply work may increase or decrease.
5. Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008.
6. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
(v)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 lacs
7. Suppliers will supply plastic container of soabin oil 1 Litre, 2 Litres & 5 Litres bottles having Vitamine A (Approved by BSTI)
8. 01 liter of soiabin oil (Non-refundable) must be submitted as a sample at the thim of Tender submission.
