* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.No arbitration award against the Tenderer over a period of last 3 (three) years.
2.The Tenderer shall have minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3.The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: Per year capacity equal to at least double the requirement under the tender.
4.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum BDT 10,00,000 under maximum 2 (two) contracts in the last 3 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the deadline for submission of tender.
5. The Tenderer should have work experience minimum 02 (Two) Crore taka of Network Security solution Project Under single contract/LOA/NOA/Work Order. The tenderer must be submitted Completion certificate and work-order/contract with bid documents. Otherwise the tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive.
6.Tenderer must be submit Manufacturer Authorization letter from the OEMThe Tenderer must submit documentary evidence as proof of their claim failing of which the Tenderer would be treated as Non-Responsive.
7.Availability of minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities or Line of facilities from a Bank of BDT 02 (two) Crore Taka. Documents should submit with bid documents.
8.The bidder must propose OEM warranty service for 03 years.
9.The Tenderer must have ISO Certificates.
