প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 years; (b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 55.00 (Fifty-five) Lakh under maximum 2 (two) number of contract(s) over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]; (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 60.00 (sixty) lakh over the last 5 (five) years; (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (thirty) lakh; (e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 60.00 (sixty) lakh.
 
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Updated valid Trade License: 2024-2025; 2. Update VAT registration certificate with BIN
3. IT Certificate (2024-2025); 4. Updated valid ABC License
5. Equipment Capacity Document; 6. Personnel document.
