* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in the construction or dredging works shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The Tenderer(s) should have own 02 (Two ) nos cutter suction dredger(s) in good condition and free Dredgers (At least One no. 24 " inches or more dia and At least One no. 20" inches or more Dia) along with ancillary crafts/ vessels and required shore & floating pipes. tenderer(s) should also submit their dredger with ancillary crafts specifications. (Registration, Up-to-date survey report, etc.).
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the dredging works in coastal area at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature, successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore.
4. The minimum required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 11.00 (eleven) Crore over the last 05 years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.50 Crore
6. Tenderer must have Up-To-date Trade License; TIN Certificate & tax clearance certificate or acknowledgment receipt of tax return; VAT Registration Certificate; Certificate/Authentic document from the Manufacturer mentioning Dredge Pump Suction & Discharge Dia of Dredger;
7. In case of a joint venture all the partners should have their own minimum 20 "(Twenty) inches or more dia cutter suction-free dredger in good condition. But any one of them (Lead or other partners) should have their own 1 ( One ) no minimum 24 "(Twenty Two) inches or more dia cutter suction free dredgers in Good condition.
8. And other conditions.
