প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) A minimum number of years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services shall be 05 (five) years.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 35,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Five Lac only) under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 05 (five) years.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk 35,00,000.00 (Taka Thirty Five Lac only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
(d) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, valid VAT Certificate, valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2008.
