* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
i)Tenderer must have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Electro-mechanical(EM) Works/Electro-mechanical(EM) Repair works. ii) Having Specific Experience in Successful completion of at least one (01) Number of Similar kind of Electro-mechanical(EM) Works/Electro-mechanical(EM) Repair works of Tk 4 Lac in a single (01) contract during last five (05) years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last five (05) years Tk 60 Lac, Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 4 Lac.Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive. v) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.vi) If any tenders total amount of quoted rate is more than 10% less/above than the official cost estimate, that tender will be non-responsive.vii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 4.5 Lac. viii) Tenderer must follow all other tender criteria as per IFT, ITT, TDS, GCC and PCC clauses & submit related documents.ix)Tenderer must have up to date ABC/BC/C category Contractory and Supervisory license from electrical licensing board.
