5. Submission of a satisfactory completion of similar work experience certificate of at least Tk 25 (Twenty Five) Lacs under 01 (One) or more than one contract(s) over a period of 5 ( five) years. (Similar Work Completion Experience Certificate should be issued directly in favour of Tenderer from any Govt. or Autonomous Organization which is related to washing, cleaning and fumigation of road, rail, marine and air craft related vehicles or bio-toilet or any others cleaning works).
6. NID Certificate;
7. Submission of up-to-date Pest Control certificate issued by Ministry of Agriculcure (Issued Pest Control Certificate should be directly in favour of tenderer),in case of none an uptodate agreement should be submitted between tenderer and with such company/organization which have up to date pest control certificate from Ministry of Agriculture).
8. Other Necessary supporting documents submitted with the tender. (If necessary).
