* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as well as cleaning work as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in any civil construction works or cleaning work of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.35 crore. Similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology means any types of civil Construction Work or cleaning work successfully completed in a single contract. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 65 Lac over the last 05 (five) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25 Lac.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Taka 1.50 Crore,
6. Tenderers Must have up-to-date valid Licenses as applicable,
7. Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are given in Tender Documents.
8. The Tenderer must submit detail calculation sheet of tender capacity along with valid appropriate supporting documents.
9. The Contractor who have cleaning experience will have priority for selection.
