For this Above works Civil Construction Division -2 is pursuing cleaning services from reputed well experienced cleaning services providers.This cleaning service includes

i) Daily cleaning of Drop off zone ,Drive way,Main entrance,reception common area,corridor,lift lobby,stair & emergency stair of all floors and all common space with surrounding area of bidyut Bhaban.

ii) To be supplied small soap( for Hand wash),Liquid soap(Hand wash)Toilet Tissue for all Toilets of Bijoy Hall ,Mukthihall(14th floor) & 15th floor's Chairman Office.

iii) To be supplied Liquid Soap and Toilet tissue all Toilets and Bijoy hall, muktihall & Chairman office.

iv) For successfully complete all the above jobs(works) it seems to be provide at least Male-26[Tweenty Six] Nos,Female16[Sixteen] Nos Total:42[Forty Two] Nos House keeper(cleaner) 02(Two)Nos House keeper cum plumber, 01 nos[one] sweeper, 04(Four)Nos site supervisor and 01(one) Nos site Co-ordinator.

v) All Chairs,Table including dining Table and all other accessories of Bijoy Hall and Mukthi Hall to be clean by the cleaning service provider.

দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
