প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum specific experience as a contractor in construction works of at least one (1) number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (five) years: Similar nature of work means completion of 1 Nos. Building Construction/repair works valued Tk. 0.60 (Zero point six zero) Lac. in a single Contract under Public fund. This is to be supported by work order/NOA and completion certificate.
2. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2.20 (Two point two zero) lac for over the last 05 (Five) years i,e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP website/newspaper. Average annual Construction Turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector i,e Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies shall only be considered. Private works shall not be taken into account.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.40 (Two point four zero) Lac. The liquid asset certificate issued before IFT will not be considered for evaluation. Liquid asset certificate will be checked by the Procuring Entity.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 0.65 (Zero point six five) Lac.
5. Tenderer having any delayed/incomplete works without valid reason under this Division will be considered as non-responsive.
6. The Successful Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the works or any part of it to the Sub-Contractor(s).
