* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Supplier Must have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in supply of Goods to Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(b) Supplier Must have experience in successful completion of Supply at least 01 (one) order of similar nature of Goods (Furnitures), worth not less than Tk. 8.00 Lakh in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper. Must submit the work completion certificates in this regard.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s), of the tenderer Tk. 8.00 Lakh Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. In case of credit line facilities, specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
(d) Must submit Up-to-date Trade license (Upto 2024-2025), Income Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
(e) Must submit Catalogue or Brochure, Full technical information, manufacturer's name, brand name, country of origin & grade.
f) Bidder Must have showrooms at Divisional cities and must submit documnets in this regard
