প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in electrical/electromechanical works.
2)The tenderer shall have specific experience as Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Director in successful completion of similar nature electrical/electro-mechanical Works of not less than Tk= 9.00 lac in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private organization within the last 5 (five) years from date of publication of IFT. In
case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
i) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =11.00 Lac. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (Form attached with tender document).
4)The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License , Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
5)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. =20.00 Lac over the last 5 years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
6)All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS& PCC of this tender.
