প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) As described in the Tender Documents.
2) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(five) years. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor inconstruction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity andmethods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 170.00 Lakh. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 235.00 Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. [years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities ofthe Tenderer shall be BDT 107.00 Lakh.
6)The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 172.00 Lakh
