* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,২০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Lakh under 01 (One) of contract(s) in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (i) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be the concerned EE. (ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(Five) years of Tk. 36.00(Thirty Six lac) Lakh.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 18.0 lac (Eighteen Lakh).
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 27.00 lakh (Twenty Seven Lakh)
f) The Tenderer must possess:
i) Up to date trade license. ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
h) In case of tie for the evaluation price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the "Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects".
i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender document.
