* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registerd eligible Tenderers as mentioned below ;
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Electrical Substation Equipment and Building works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of supply & installation of 150/200 KVA Electrical Sub-station with similar nature of work of Tk. 45.00 (Forty five) Lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 180 (One Hundred Eighty) Lakh. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lakh in the prescribed form (PW2A).
e) The tenderer must posses ;
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-dated ABC category license.
f) Tenderers having quoted the price of the lowest evaluated Tender exceeds the official cost estimate, the tender wil be rejected.
g)TEC preserve the authority to declare null and void any tender proposal without mentioning any cause. TEC is not bound to accept lowest rate proposal.
h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
i ) If any quoted item of rate is abnormal lowest or highest, must be submitted standard analysis.
