প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) General experience :-
Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Building, roads, boundary wall, drain etc.
(b) Specific experience:-
A satisfactory completion of repair/renovation/construction works of RCC Residential/Non Residential Building, roads of at least Tk 2.00 (Two point zero) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required.
(c) Minimum average annual construction turn over: -
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.50 (Two point Five zero) Lac over the last 03 (Five) years. Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover.
(d) Tender capacity: -
The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 2.25 (Two point two five) Lac.
(e) Liquid asset requirement: -
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.00 (Three point zero) Lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW2a-3 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
(f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
