প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Valid Trade licence Certificate (2024-2025)
2. Income Tax Certificate (Tax Year: 2024-2025)
3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate/BIN (13 Digit)
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
5. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least single contract of Tk. 30 lac successfully completed under government, semi government and autonomous body within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
6. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than tk. 80 lac best 3 years in the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 10 lac. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP.
