* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Corporate body are eligible having following qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Tenderer who have minimum 05(Five)years experience of Manufacturing and supply of Furniture work.
ii) Having Experience in successful completion of at least 5.00 (Five) Number of similar Manufacturing and supply of Furniture works of Tk.30.00 (Thirty) Lac in a single Tender during last 05 (five) years.The work Certificate for successful completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned.
iii) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turnover during last five years Tk.50.00 (Fifty) Lac.Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having liquid asset (Cash flow/Free fund) amounting Tk.300.00 (Thirty) Lac. Credit commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document.
v) Having ISO Certificate and herewith attached catalouge
vi) Having manufacturing and lacqure Plant.
vii) Other required qualifications described in Tender data sheet & Tender document.
viii) Submision of manufacturing Authorization
ix). Sample of Chair must be submitted on or before12.00 am of 16.06.2025
x) Attested uptodate copies Trade Licence, Income Tax clearance,BIN and VAT registration Certificate is to be attached with Tender.
xi) All other terms & conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers is to be attested by any 1st class gazette Officer.
xii) The Tender security shall have in the form of Bank draft/Pay order/Bank guarantee issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
xiii) Tender validity 90 days.
