* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All e-GP tenderer/suppliers of Bangladesh are eligible to participated ( Trade license, Tax payment Certificate, Vat Certificate must be updated)
Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract.
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Stationeries)  of which at least two (1) contracts successfully completed within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh Taka) from a Govt/Autonomous organization.
Tenderers are not restrained or barred from participating in public Procurement on grounds of execution of defective supply in the past under any Contract.
Tenderers shall not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing
Tenderers shall provide such evidence of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request.
