দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer: As per Tender Document.
 
1) Tenderer should fulfill all criteria's which are stated in TDS/Specification.

2) Tenderer should submit their credit line facility / Liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Amount of liquid asset is TK.35,00,000.00 BDT (Thirty Five Lakh) Taka.
3) Tenderer must have Valid/Up to date Trade license, VAT and Tax Certificate.

4) The Tenderer must have minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Fisheries and Marine Bioscience Related Lab. Equipment’s or similar goods or any kinds of Scientific/ Lab. Equipment’s of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with at least minimum TK 35,00,000.00 BDT (Thirty Five Lakh) Taka. Preference will be given for supply of specific nature of goods as per tender schedule/documents. Specific nature experience will be treated as similar nature experience.

5) Tenderer must have Minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in supply of Scientific/ Lab. Equipment’s /Machineries and related Goods.
 
6) Tenderer must submit prescribed compliance sheet of offers goods.
 
7) All Equipments Specification must be approved by JUST concerned authority/concerned departmental chairman before supply.

8) Rest of the criteria mentioned in Uploaded Specification. Signed Uploaded Specification is Final.
 
9) Tenderer must submit ISO certificate.
