দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Computer & related accessories as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) Years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Computers and related accessories of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 17 Lakh or above in Govt. /Semi Govt. / Autonomous Organization. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 24 Lakh. The issue date of bank certificate/statement/ Bank Guarantee must be within the tender publication date to closing date.
Attested Copy of Up-to-date Trade License, Income tax clearence certificate, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, Experience certificate, Bank solvency certificate and National identity card (NID) with the tenderer documents must be submitted in e-GP system.
Bidder must have own computer & related accessories showroom & servicing center at Dhaka.
ISO Certification.
Others terms & Condition will be specified in the STD & TDS.
