* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৪৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (03) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(II) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least One (01) contract successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk.70,94,000/-. (Seventy-Lakh-Ninety-Four-Thousand only) Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The tenderer will submit a copy of contract deeds along with an experience certificate in the e-GP system]
(III) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 77,31,000/- ( Seventy-Seven- Lakh-Thirty-One-Thousand Only)..(Form PG3-8).[Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system.]
(IV) The tenderer must submit TIN certificate in the e-GP system.
(V) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(VI) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate along with TIN Certificate;
(VII) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VIII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if the bidder is supplier) [When applicable];
(IX) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(X) All certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazette officer.
