* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation is open to all qualified tenderers as mentioned below:
a) The tenderers shall have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of books.
b) The satisfactory completion of the supply of books/journals of minimum Tk. 30 Lakh under one contract in the last five (5) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk 40 (Fourty) Lac.
d) The tenderer must have updated trade license, tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate etc.
e) All books must be original printed copy
f) Pirated and photocopy of books are not acceptable
g) All other as mentioned in tender document
h)If a bidder submits an unreasonably low price for certain books while inflating price for others, the PE may require justification for the pricing. If the tenderer fails to provide satisfactory explanation, the tenderer may be declared non-responsive to ensure fair competition and prevent manipulative pricing.
**Please see the drawing section 6 for excel file of item wise price schedule of goods. Tenderer must rate-quote in that excel table for each type of book and submit accordingly. The total amount in the Excel file must match the rate quoted in Section 5 (Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods).**
