দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of minimum BDT 28,00,000.00 [Twenty Eight lakh only] under public sector maximum 01 [one] contract in the last three [3] of years.
(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of at maximum 01 [one] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [3] years with a value of at least BDT 28,00,000.00 [Twenty Eight lakh only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets is Tk. 28,00,000.00 [Twenty Eight lakh only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, Agricutural marketing officer's certificate, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025) etc.
(ii) Supplier should confirm after sale services, Original Manufacturar authorization certificate for Premix-G.S., L-Lysine, DL-Metheionine and Toxin Binder,  
(iii) Supplier should have Test certificate for Soyabean Meal and Manufacturar's Test certificate(Test result from reknowned abroad lab is acceptable) for Premix-G.S., L-Lysine, DL-Metheionine and Toxin Binder, otherwise Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
