দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer must have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of general experience in providing related services as a supplier.
2. The bidder must provide a Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
3. The Tenderer must hold ISO 9001:2015 certification.
4. The Tenderer must have specific experience in supplying similar ICT goods/works under at least one (1) contract, with a value of not less than 16,00,000( Sixteen Lac) BDT. This contract must have been successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years for any Government, Semi-Government, autonomous body, or private organization.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 20(Twenty) lac.
6. The Tenderer must have experience deploying at least 500 APs with unified roaming under one work order for campus-wide Wi-Fi in the last five years.
7. Bidder must hold a valid partnership certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
8. The Tenderer must submit the following documents: i. Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate ii. Valid VAT Registration Certificate iii. Updated Trade License
9. Joint ventures are not permitted for this tender.
10. Bidder must submit  the offered detailed technical specification of the schedule (in the document section no. 8 Particular Specification).
