প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 03(Three) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor is successfully completion of at least 1 (one) Number of Similar nature work (civil construction/repair) Amount in Tk. 2 (two) Lacs in a single Contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last Three (03) years years.
c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2 (two) Lacs for within the last Three (03) years. Payment Certificates for Contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form ) of Tk. 3 (three) lacs.Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e) Up to date Trade license.
f) Up to date Vat Registration certificate.
g) Up to date Tax clearance Certificate.
