Tenderer shall submit the attested copies (Scanned/PDF format) of the following
 additional documents with the tender:
 01. Up to date Trade License.
 02. Up to date VAT Certificate.
 03. Up to date Tax Clearance Certificate and TIN Certificate.
 04. Nationality Certificate/National ID Card.
 05. A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works of at least Tk.6.50 [six lac fifty thousand] under o1(Single) of contract(s) over a period of 05 [five] years.
 06. The required average annual construction turnover shall be grater then Tk.6.50 [six lac fifty thousand] over the last 05 [five] years.
 07. Certificate of the minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tendered shall be Tk.6.50 [six lac fifty thousand]
