দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractor/construction firms who have minimum 10 ( Ten) years of general experience in construction works and also have successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar Construction works(33/11 kv substation or above) of minimum 7 (Seven) Crore taka in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Body (GoB) of Bangladesh during last 10 (Ten) years.
b) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over of Tk. 11 (Eleven) Crore, best 5 (Five) years of last 10( Ten) years . Payment certificates must be attached.
c) The liquid assets/ credit facility/ free cash fund not less than Tk. 2.5 (Two point five) crore. Bank document in support of liquid assets must be submitted. In case of credit line, specific FORMAT(PW 3-7/ e-PW3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/modifying any word/sentence and adding any condition.
d) Min. Tender capacity is Tk. 9 (Nine) Crore.
f) Tenderer must have to submit valid ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IRC Certificate.
g) Bidder should declare that at least one sub-station of offered capacity or higher capacity is in operation in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Body(GoB) for at least 10 (ten) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. which should be supported by proper document
h) The Tendered must have testing facilities of 33/11kV, 10/14MVA Power Transformer.
i) Tenderer have to submit Type Test Certificate (within last 05 years) of offered type Power Transformer according to relevant IEC standards from any International Accredited Laboratory of STL Member Testing Organization.
j) Manufacturer’s Authorization and Warranty certificate are required for 33kV OVCB, 11kV VCB and Power Cable.
k) Tenderer have to submit Manufacturer’s warranty Certificate of Power Transformer and other offered equipment.
