* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৮৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
As per Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
N:B: The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender:
1. Certificate having work completion date before 04/09/2020 will not be considered as similar works certificate during evaluation.
2. Payment certificates having payment before 04/09/2020 will not be considered in calculation of AACT during evaluation.
3. The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section. Certificate other than the specified format must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). A tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non responsive” during evaluation.
4. No experience certificate, only payment certificate will be considered in AACT & Tender Capacity calculation during evaluation to avoid error in calculation.
5. In the case of liquid asset, certificate with statement from bank should be submitted and in the case of credit facilities, it should be sanctioned and both must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
6. In case of tender capacity tenderer must submit the data/information regarding works in hand and committed works as per Departmental prescribed format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section as "Form-B" .
7. If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid Asset & Tender Capacity.
