দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractor/Supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in similar nature washing and ironing works
are eligible to apply in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Trade License, Updated Income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration
certificate, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the authority or officials who has
concluded the contract.
d) The experience certificate of last 3 (Three) years must be submitted along with the tender. Only the completion certificate will be
accepted.
e) If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against those
tenderer.
f) The work consists of Washing and Ironing various types of Cloth items according to the schedule and requirement of Dhaka BKSP,
Rajshahi BKSP, Chattogram BKSP, Cox’sbazar BKSP, Dinajpur BKSP, Sylhet BKSP, Khulna BKSP and Barishal BKSP and The
Contractor/supplier must be capable to do the required washing and ironing works simultaneously in the above centres.
g) The tenderer have to maintain standard washing and ironing procedure as per the approval of concerned authority.
h) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-4.
i) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
j) The Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
